Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.

Develop detailed system design documents, including data models, process flows, and user interface designs, to guide IT development teams.

Work closely with IT development teams to ensure that IT solutions align with business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Create test plans and test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of IT solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Suitable candidates must have:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business or systems analysis.

Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.

Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
