Job Title: IT Product Manager
We are looking for an IT Product Manager who will take charge of the development, implementation, and success of various products within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management within the IT field, as well as the drive to guide cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve overall product success.
Oversee all stages of product creation, from conception to launch
Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
Research, understand, and communicate the needs of the customers to the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management or similar roles.
Familiarity with Agile product development.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
