Job Title: IT Auditor
We're seeking a skilled IT Auditor to join the team at Alexon Accounting. The focus of this significant role is to develop and execute comprehensive IT audit plans, perform in-depth risk assessments, and evaluate the effectiveness of our IT controls and security measures. The perfect candidate will have a knack for finding risk gaps, drawing logical conclusions about the conditions of our systems, and providing practical solutions to improve our systems' security.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your primary tasks will include the following:
Develop and execute IT audit plans.
Conduct risk assessments to anticipate potential threats.
Evaluate the efficacy of IT controls and security measures.
Prepare detailed audit reports, outlining findings and recommendations.
Communicate audit findings to both management and stakeholders.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the resistance of our IT systems.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The successful IT Auditor candidate is expected to:
Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field
Have at least three years of experience in a similar role
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to digest and communicate complex information simplistically
Have a robust understanding of audit processes and IT security measures
Be well-versed with data analytics and IT trends
