Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

You will work closely with multiple project managers and teams to map out and execute project plans, ensuring all tasks meet their established timelines. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with project managers to create detailed IT project plans and schedules.

• Maintain IT project schedules and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate communication between IT project teams, stakeholders, and management.

• Organize and lead project meetings and maintain rigorous documentation of proceedings.

• Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring team members are equipped to perform their tasks.

• Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the IT projects.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants for the IT Project Coordinator position should meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT project coordinator, ideally in the FinTech sector.

• Superior organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

• A PMP certification is desirable, but not required.
