Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

You will work closely with multiple project managers and teams to map out and execute project plans, ensuring all tasks meet their established timelines. Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with project managers to create detailed IT project plans and schedules.
Maintain IT project schedules and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between IT project teams, stakeholders, and management.
Organize and lead project meetings and maintain rigorous documentation of proceedings.
Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring team members are equipped to perform their tasks.
Monitor and report on resource utilization throughout the IT projects.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants for the IT Project Coordinator position should meet the following criteria:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT project coordinator, ideally in the FinTech sector.
Superior organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
