Job Title: IT Assistant Manager

Responsibilities and Duties
Working closely with the IT manager, the IT Assistant Manager will:
Oversee daily operations of the IT department.
Coordinate IT projects, from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Assist in developing IT goals, policies, and procedures.
Identify IT training needs and coach the IT team.
Participate and contribute to cybersecurity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of IT management experience.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT strategy.
Outstanding strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to identify initiatives through the application of appropriate methodologies and techniques.
