Job Title: IT Business Relationship Manager

In your role as an IT Business Relationship Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of our IT and business objectives, ensuring technology solutions meet the needs of our organization. Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.

• Understanding business goals, and translating them into technology solutions.

• Ensuring that IT initiatives are aligned with business objectives and that technology projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• The ideal candidate will combine excellent technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.

• You must demonstrate the ability to articulate complex tech concepts to a non-technical audience, and translate business needs into IT solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset are vital.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an IT business relationship role, working closely with business and IT leaders.

• Prior experience in project management or business process re-engineering is a plus.

• Must demonstrate a successful track record in managing cross-functional teams, and a portfolio of projects on-time, on-brief, and on-budget.

Additional Requirements

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with budget planning/management.

• Familiarity with IT Governance and Operations structures and processes.
