I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that using the bounce house equipment provided by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] involves certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Falling or loss of balance while using the equipment.

• Collisions with other participants or objects within the bounce house.

• Potential injuries such as bruises, sprains, fractures, or more severe injuries.

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation in the bounce house activity.

III. Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to use the bounce house equipment, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [YOUR COMPANY NAME], its owners, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Released Parties") from any liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the bounce house activity.

This agreement to indemnify and hold harmless does extend to and covers all situations including those that may require the payment of attorneys' fees that arise or accrue due to any legal claim connected with my participation in said activity.

V. Medical Authorization

I authorize the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment for me in the event of any injury, accident, or illness that occurs during my participation in the bounce house activity. I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for any medical costs incurred but may assist in obtaining necessary medical services.

VI. Severability

If it is discovered that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, or that it is impossible to enforce such provision, it should be noted that this particular circumstance will not yield any influence or effect on the level of validity or the ability to enforce the remainder of the provisions that are incorporated within this Agreement.

VII. Governing Law

This will be conducted, governed, and interpreted according to the prevailing law of [Your State], ensuring all aspects comply with said local laws. Any disagreements or disputes arising from this agreement will be taken up and ultimately resolved in the court of [Your Local County Court].
