Pet Grooming Release of Liability

1. Services
I have an understanding that the grooming services that are being offered might not be limited to particular services and may include a diverse range. 4. Release of Liability
Considering the pet grooming services that have been rendered to me, I am officially offering a permanent release and discharge for the groomer, including all their employees and agents, from any types of claims, demands, damages, and even causes of action that may potentially arise about these grooming services. The claims may include but are not limited to any injuries or illnesses that my pet may have obtained.
5. Indemnification
I agree that I will indemnify and provide an exemption from legal responsibility to the Groomer, as well as all of its employees and agents. This applies to any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses that may arise or result as a consequence of the grooming services provided. Additionally, this agreement extends to circumstances involving any behaviors demonstrated by my pet during the duration of the grooming session.
6. Emergency Care Authorization
Should an unforeseen event arise that presents an emergency concerning my pet, I hereby give my full authorization to the Groomer to seek necessary veterinary care for the well-being of my pet. I understand that any expenses incurred as a result of this will be my responsibility, and I am prepared to cover them. Additionally, I commit myself to sharing all the required contact information that would be needed to facilitate communication in the course of such emergencies.
7. Photographs and Media
I hereby give my permission and consent for the usage of photographs or any other form of media that features my pet, these images or media are taken during the grooming sessions. The groomer is authorized to use these photographs or media for promotional activities or educational purposes related to their business.
8. Agreement Binding
This release of liability, as declared, will be deemed compulsory and obligatory to be observed by those appointed as my heirs, the individuals who have been designated in my will as my executors, the administrators of my estate, as well as anyone who has taken on my obligations by way of direct assignment or derivative.
