Artwork Release of Liability

I. Introduction:

II. Release of Claims:

The Releaser, for themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Artist, their agents, employees, or representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the artwork produced by the Artist, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or other harm.

III. Consideration:

VI. Indemnification:

The Releaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Artist, their agents, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Releaser's participation in the creation or display of the artwork.

VII. Severability:
