Stock Purchase Agreement With Notary

I. Introduction
This Stock Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on April 15, 2050, by and between, [Buyer's Name], residing at [Buyer's Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), and [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").
Whereas, the Buyer desires to purchase and the Seller desires to sell 1000 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of [Your Company Name], a [State] corporation (the "Company"), on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Hence, taking into account the common promises and agreements included here and the valuable exchanges, the receipt and sufficiency of which both parties acknowledge, they mutually agree to the following terms.

III. Closing

IV. Representations and Warranties

The Seller is the lawful owner of the Shares, free and clear of any liens, encumbrances, or restrictions;
The Seller has full power and authority to sell the Shares;
The Seller has the legal right and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement.

The parties hereby acknowledge that they have executed this Agreement before a notary public, and each party affirms that their respective signatures are their own and that they have willingly entered into this Agreement.
