Generic Last Will
I. Declaration
I, [Your Name], residing at [Your Address], being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
II. Executor

III. Guardianship

This includes all assets, whether they are real estate properties or personal belongings. I further specify that this payment must be done without any distribution or partitioning.
VIII. Miscellaneous Provisions
If any beneficiary named in this Will shall die before me, then the share of such beneficiary shall be distributed to their descendants, per stirpes.
If any provision of this Will is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
