Washington Last Will and Testament

I. Declaration
[Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address], being of sound mind and disposing of memory, do hereby declare this to be my last will, revoking all prior wills and codicils previously made by me.
II. Executor

III. Debts and Expenses

If any beneficiary under this Will contests or challenges the validity of this Will or any of its provisions, any share or interest in my estate given to that beneficiary shall be revoked, and such share or interest shall be disposed of as if that beneficiary had predeceased me. I hope that this provision will discourage any unnecessary disputes and ensure that my final wishes are respected and upheld.
VII. Governing Law
I declare that this Will shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Washington.
