V. Debts and Expenses

I hereby give the directive that upon my passing, all my debts, the costs associated with my funeral, and the expenses incurred as a result of my final illness should be settled as swiftly as is reasonably possible.

VI. Omission

I am consciously and deliberately taking the decision to not include or set aside any form of provision or financial assets for any of my heirs or family members, whom I have failed to explicitly name or mention in this last will of mine. The primary reason behind this choice of mine stems from my firm belief that they are already secured and taken care of in terms of their financial and other material needs.

I declare that if any beneficiary under this Will contests the validity of this Will or any of its provisions, then that beneficiary shall forfeit any interest in my estate.
