Louisiana Will

I. Declaration

This last will is made by me, [YOUR NAME], residing at [YOUR ADDRESS], in the state of Louisiana. I hereby revoke all wills and codicils previously made by me. I declare that I am of legal age to make this will and of sound mind and memory and that this last will express my wishes without undue influence or duress.

I am married to [SPOUSE'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as my spouse. All references in this Will to my spouse are to say [SPOUSE'S NAME].

I have the following children:

III. Debts and Expenses

I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my last illness be paid from my estate.

IV: Distribution of Property

I devise, bequeath, and give my property as follows:

  • I bequeath my vintage record collection, including all associated equipment, to [BENEFICIARY NAME 1], of [BENEFICIARY ADDRESS 1].

V. Guardianship
