Free Simple Settlement

I. Introduction

This Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Party A," and Jane Smith, hereinafter referred to as "Jane," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

II. Background
