Deed of Rectification
I. Parties
This Deed of Rectification ("Deed") is entered into on [Date], between: [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address], from now on referred to as the "Rectifying Party," and [Recipient's Name], located at [Recipient's Address], from now on referred to as the "Recipient Party."
II. Background

The parties confirm that once this Deed is executed, the amendments or modifications outlined herein shall be deemed to form part of the Original Document and shall have the same legal effect as if they were included in the Original Document from the outset.
IV. Governing Law
