Deed Of Easement
This Deed of Easement ("Deed") is executed and entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor," and [Grantee's Name]], hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee."
I. Recitals

3.3 Indemnification
The Grantee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Grantee's use of the Easement.

This Easement shall terminate upon the mutual agreement of the parties or upon the cessation of the specified purpose for which the Easement was granted.
IV. General Provisions
