Free Agriculture Marketing Campaign Board Resolution

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors recognizes the importance of enhancing market visibility and expanding consumer reach for our agricultural products; and

WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed and approved the proposed Agriculture Marketing Campaign to promote our products effectively;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby approves the Agriculture Marketing Campaign as proposed by the Marketing Committee;

1. The Agriculture Marketing Campaign aims to increase brand awareness and market penetration through targeted digital advertising, social media campaigns, and participation in local farmers' markets and agricultural trade shows.
   

2. The campaign budget of $50,000 is allocated for the period of 12 months, starting from July 1, 2050, to June 30, 2051, to cover expenses related to advertising, promotional materials, event fees, and campaign management services.
   

3. The Marketing Committee is authorized to oversee the implementation of the Agriculture Marketing Campaign, including monitoring campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and reporting progress to the Board quarterly.
   

4. The Chief Marketing Officer is directed to provide regular updates to the Board on key performance indicators, campaign milestones, and any significant developments related to the Agriculture Marketing Campaign.
