I. Warranty Coverage:

• Failures caused by acts of God, including but not limited to, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

• Damage due to power surges, overloads, or other issues related to the utility service.

• Routine maintenance, including replacement of fuses, light bulbs, and other consumables.

IV. Claim Procedure:

To make a claim under this warranty, the Property Owner must notify the Contractor in writing at the address provided above within [Number of Days] days of discovering the defect. The notification must include a detailed description of the defect, along with any relevant photographs or documentation.
