2. Scope of Services

The Agency agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

• Service Description 1: Development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media management, content creation, and SEO optimization.

• Service Description 2: Creation and management of targeted online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Service Description 3: Regular performance reporting and analysis to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Term

• Effective Date: January 1, 2060

4. Compensation

7. Termination
