The Seller disclaims all warranties regarding the item(s), including any implied warranties. The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the item(s) and accept them as-is. No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding the item(s)' quality, durability, or condition.

5. TITLE AND OWNERSHIP

The Seller guarantees that they are the legal owner of the item(s) described above and that the item(s) are free of any liens or encumbrances. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the item(s) to the Buyer upon full payment of the sale price.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
