1. Declaration and Identification of Parties
Name of Testator 1: Clint Renner
Name of Testator 2: Lester Nolan
Residences: Houston, TX 77001
We, Clint Renner and Lester Nolan, of Houston, TX 77001, hereby declare this document to be our Shared Will. We are legally married and are creating this Will jointly with the intent to allocate our estate as described below.
2. Revocation of Prior Wills
We jointly revoke any and all previous Wills or codicils that either of us has made, declaring this document as our binding Shared Will.
3. Appointment of Executor(s)
We appoint each other as Primary Executor. Upon the passing of the surviving spouse, we designate Jewell Ward, niece as the Alternate Executor to administer our estate as outlined in this Will.
4. Distribution of Assets
Upon the Death of the First Spouse:
Upon the Death of the Surviving Spouse:
Our collective estate, including real estate, personal belongings, financial accounts, and other assets, shall be divided equally among our mutual nephews and nieces as identified below.

5. Restrictions on Alterations
Upon the death of the first spouse, the terms outlined in this Will shall become irrevocable. The surviving spouse agrees not to alter, amend, or revoke any part of this Will without mutual consent, which is no longer possible.
6. Residual Clause
Any residual property, not explicitly mentioned, is to be divided equally among our children or, in the event of their passing, to their descendants.
