Wisdom is knowledge applied. We have been fed up with tons of information from our school training and life experiences. It will remain as something that we only have heard if we do not put it into practice. Then that is time you can call it something that you have learned. Sharing what you know is way more fulfilling than keeping it to ourselves. Preparing for your scheduled workshop or training? Before presenting yourself in front of the trainees, create a tool that will help your training program come to pass without big troubles. Make it with our Training and Development Mind Map templates!
How to Create a Training and Development Mind Map in Google Slides
Training and development are ongoing efforts made within the organization to increase every employee's or member's contribution not just to the organization, but to themselves as well. Planning any training and development program is essential before providing it to the participants. A tool called a mind map can help you with it. Below is a guide to help you create one.
1. Develop the Training Theme
Be clear about the concept you want this training to provide. If you want to contribute to your employees’ work character development, make a training program that will equip them with the importance of work values and help them maintain and even improve their individual strengths. Always have straightforward objectives in what area of development you intend the training to focus on.
2. Apply Strategic Thinking
Generate activities from the training’s theme. From the trainee(s)’s giving out of their personal information to how you would maintain them in active listening mode throughout the training course, to their hands-on coaching, they are all part of your strategical plan for the training.
3. Create the Mind Map in Google Slides
Prepare the mind map in the slide you designate it to be. Insert shapes and/or images to get the picture of the design of the map you have in mind. For convenient purposes, download from our free and editable mind map templates above.
4. Evaluate the Mind Map
Review the mind map if you got everything covered for your training and development program. Revise sections if there is a need. You can also check out the effectiveness of the training through the performance the trainee will produce in his or her work.
