Dear Mr. Chang,

I am writing this rental letter to define the terms and conditions for the short-term rental of my property. We both agree that a more detailed lease may not be necessary.

1. The property subject to this rental agreement is located at 3999 Mount Olive Road, Atlanta, GA 30346.
2. The property is rented out for 6 months starting from March 1, 2050, at a rent of $500 per month.
3. You agree to use the property for residential purposes only and maintain it in good condition. On my part, I assure to respect your privacy and provide necessary maintenance services.

Before signing this agreement, you declare that you understand your obligations under this agreement and agree to abide by the local rental laws and regulations.
