Dear Mr. Sandoval,

This letter serves as a formal notice of termination of month-to-month rental agreement for the property you are currently occupying. In compliance with the pre-established terms and conditions, this termination takes into effect 30 days from the receipt of this letter.

As per our agreed terms, I expect that the property will be left in a clean and tidy state, with all personal belongings removed, and any damage to the property rectified. Should any costs be incurred for cleaning, removing possessions, or repairing damages, it will be deducted from your security deposit.

It is pertinent to remind you to provide a forwarding address so that any outstanding matters, particularly relating to your security deposit, can be expediently handled. You have the right to be present during the final inspection.
