This letter serves as a formal notice for the early termination of the rental agreement between you as the tenant and me, Barbara Dixon, as your landlord. The property in question is located at 2986 Mattson Street Salem, OR 97301. In accordance with local rental laws and regulations, this formal notice activates a 30-day period, after which the rental agreement will be effectively terminated.

The security deposit you made at the start of the lease will be returned to you, minus any deductions stipulated in the original agreement such as repairs or outstanding rent, within the mandate of the local rental laws and regulations.
