Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement unique, creative strategies and design concepts that meet business objectives.

• Translate subject matter into concrete design for websites, promotional products, brand materials, and social media graphics.

• Work collaboratively with teams to create assets for various projects.

• Ensure consistent branding across all materials and platforms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Strong graphic design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar software.

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.

• Portfolio of design work.

Experience:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design in a professional business context.

Additional Requirements:

-Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital advertising is a plus.
