Job Summary
The Bank Manager is responsible for the overall management of a bank branch. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, ensuring high-quality customer service, and meeting business objectives. This role requires high-level decision making, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure smooth functioning of all banking services.
Monitor and manage cash levels, transactions, and security.
Develop and implement strategies for financial targets.
Monitor branch performance.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial management and sales.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Experience with banking software and strong MS Office skills.
