Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to oversee the coordination and management of all events. This role involves a wide range of activities requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The perfect candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and oversee events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.
Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
Collaborating with marketing teams to effectively promote events.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Event Management or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
