Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial operations. This includes financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and making strategic financial decisions that contribute to the organization's overall growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
Prepare and submit annual budgets, financial reports and statements.
Monitor financial performance and cash flow of the company regularly.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the same industry.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and financial forecasting skills.
Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills.
Proficient in finance software and MS Office suite.
