Dear Ms. Shelton,

I hope this letter finds you well. My purpose for writing this letter is to formally present my sincere apologies for the incident that transpired last week. I understand now that my behavior during your lesson was disruptive and disrespectful. It was inappropriate, and I understand how it disrupted the learning environment.

I would like to assure you that such behavior will not be repeated in the future. I understand the value of maintaining a respectful and conducive learning environment and will strive to contribute positively in your classes from now on.

I greatly appreciate your understanding and am truly sorry for my previous misbehavior. Please feel free to share any of your thoughts or concerns at your convenience.
