APPRENTICESHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on January 2, 2050, (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), by and between Culinary Haven, a company incorporated under the laws of California and having its principal address at 505 Cedar Road, Suite 12, Brookside, CA 90240 (hereinafter, the "Employer") and John Ben, a resident of 606 Ash Street, #789, Hillcrest, CA 90220 (hereinafter, the "Apprentice").

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this Apprenticeship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is to bind the Employer and the Apprentice to certain terms and conditions of a culinary apprenticeship program being offered by the Employer.

2. DURATION OF APPRENTICESHIP

The Apprenticeship shall commence on January 2, 2050, and shall terminate on January 2, 2051, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.

3. OBLIGATION OF THE EMPLOYER

The Employer hereby undertakes to provide the Apprentice with training under the Apprenticeship Program in accordance with the curriculum of the Culinary Arts Program.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE APPRENTICE

The Apprentice hereby undertakes to diligently learn and work for the Employer, observe and comply with all the rules, policies, and procedures of the Employer as may be in force from time to time.

5. COMPENSATION

For the entire duration of his apprenticeship, the Apprentice will be paid a stipend at the rate of $1000 per month, payable on the last day of each month.

6. TERMINATION

The Agreement may be terminated prior to the end of the Term by either Party upon giving at least 15 days written notice to the other party.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Apprentice agrees to keep confidential all propriety or confidential information that he may acquire in relation to the Employer's business during his apprenticeship.
