This Real Estate Construction Service Level Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of [Month Day, Year], by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation duly organized under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and [Your Client Name], a corporation or individual with a place of business located at [Your Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). 1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider shall furnish all labor, materials, machinery, equipment, services, and other essentials required to perform the construction services for the Client according to the detailed scope outlined in Attachment A (Scope of Services). This scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Design and development of real estate properties,

  • Construction of residential and commercial buildings,

  • Comprehensive project management and oversight,

  • Implementation of rigorous quality control and assurance measures.

2. Service Level Metrics

To ensure the highest level of service quality and efficiency, the Service Provider commits to adhering to the following metrics:

  • Completion of projects within the agreed-upon timeline [Percentage]% of the time,

  • Maintenance of a customer satisfaction rating of at least [Percentage]%, as measured by surveys and feedback forms provided to the Client,

  • Guaranteed response to client inquiries and concerns within [Number] business hours.

3. Responsibilities

Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Allocating and managing necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project completion within the specified timeframe,

  • Adherence to all applicable industry standards, regulations, and building codes,

  • Providing the Client with regular updates, including progress reports and milestones achieved.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Furnishing the Service Provider with accurate and comprehensive project requirements, specifications, and any other necessary information,

  • Ensuring timely payments in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Attachment B (Payment Schedule),

  • Promptly reviewing, providing feedback on, and approving project plans, designs, and any significant changes or adjustments.

4. Quality Benchmarks

The Service Provider pledges to maintain the following quality benchmarks throughout the construction process:

  • Utilization of materials and supplies that meet or exceed industry quality standards,

  • Ensuring that all construction practices and outputs strictly adhere to the project specifications, blueprints, and client directives,

  • Conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures to prevent and rectify any deficiencies.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of disputes, disagreements, or conflicts arising in relation to this Agreement, the Parties commit to seeking resolution through mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation. The costs associated with mediation shall be borne equally by both Parties.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Signatures

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the Parties. This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document executed by both Parties.
