Influencer Contract Advertising Summary
This Contractis entered into as of [Month Day, Year], by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Promoter"), and [Your Partner Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Partner Company Address] ("Influencer").

4. Brand Usage and Promotion
The Influencer shall:

The Influencer will provide weekly reports detailing engagement metrics, including views, likes, comments, and shares.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by the Influencer under this Contract shall be the property of the Company, with credit given to the Influencer.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract with a fourteen (14) day written notice. In case of breach of contract, immediate termination is permissible.
8. Confidentiality
The Influencer shall maintain confidentiality of all non-public information related to the event and the Company.
9. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State of California], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be adjudicated in the courts of [State of California].
