Contract Outline for Advertising Pitch

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
I. Scope of Services
A. Advertising Services: The Agency shall provide advertising services as described in the attached Exhibit A.
B. Campaign Development: The Agency will develop and present an advertising pitch including creative concepts, media strategies, and budget allocations.
C. Modifications and Revisions: Any modifications or revisions to the initial pitch will be subject to additional agreements as necessary.
II. Payment Terms
A. Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Agency an amount of [$000.00] for the services rendered.

III. Intellectual Property
