FINAL RECEIPT RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I. Transaction Details

In consideration of the payment received or goods/services rendered, the Recipient, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby releases and discharges the Payor, their agents, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, demands, liabilities, actions, causes of action, damages, or expenses, of whatsoever kind or nature, whether known or unknown, which may arise out of or in connection with the aforementioned transaction.
IV. No Admission of Liability
This Release is not an admission of liability by either Party and shall not be construed as such. It is made solely to compromise disputed claims and avoid the costs and expenses associated with litigation.
V. Confidentiality
The Parties agree to maintain the terms and conditions of this Release in strict confidence and shall not disclose any information regarding this Release to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party, except as required by law.
VI. Entire Agreement
This Release contains the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
VII. Governing Law
This Release, in all respects, will be ruled and interpreted in adherence to the laws of the specified state or nation, namely [State/Country]. This will be applicable regardless of the principles related to conflict of laws, which implies that the laws governing disagreements about which jurisdiction's laws apply will not be taken into account.
