Group Team Charter

GROUP TEAM CHARTER

I. INTRODUCTION

The PIT (Project Implementation Team) recognizes the paramount importance of effective teamwork in achieving its goals. This charter serves as a foundational document guiding our collective efforts toward success. By defining our goals, establishing ground rules, and outlining conflict resolution mechanisms, we aim to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.

II. TEAM GOALS

Project Objective

Create and develop a software application. The intended purpose of this application should be specifically centered around monitoring and tracking the amount of environmental pollution that typically takes place within urban localities or city areas.

Key Deliverables

Deliverables include a prototype of the mobile app, a comprehensive report on data collection methods, and a presentation for stakeholders.

Success Criteria

User satisfaction ratings, successful deployment of the app in pilot cities, and positive feedback from environmental agencies will measure success.
