Nevertheless, ultimate decision-making authority will reside with the Project Manager, who will have the final say over any project-related decisions after thoroughly reviewing all opinions and suggestions from the team members.
VIII. Conflict Resolution
Protocol: If conflicts arise, it is highly encouraged to address these issues openly and with the utmost respect towards all parties involved. Should the situation call for it and the conflicts remain unresolved, the matter should be escalated to the Project Manager whose role includes finding a suitable resolution.
