Deed of Revocation of Power of Attorney
I. Introduction
This Deed of Revocation of Power of Attorney ("Deed") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:
Grantor: [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns;

II. Background

III. Revocation
