I. Introduction

Breaks and Meal Periods: Employees are entitled to two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal period per shift. Breaks should be coordinated to ensure continuous bakery operations.
Overtime Policy: Overtime work must be approved in advance by the Employee’s supervisor and will be compensated according to Section IV. Unauthorized overtime may result in disciplinary action.
Shift Schedules: The bakery operates on a rotating shift schedule, which will be provided to employees at least two weeks in advance. Employees may be required to adjust shifts during peak seasons or special events.
VI. Workplace Policies
Attendance and Punctuality: Employees must notify the supervisor in case of absence or lateness.
Dress Code: Uniforms provided by the bakery must be worn at all times.
