By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with the activity, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with my participation in the activity.
4. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Redwood Adventure Park, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the activity.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redwood Adventure Park, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of my participation in the activity.
6. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Redwood Adventure Park to obtain necessary medical treatment for me and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
7. Photo and Video Release
I consent to the use of any photographs or video recordings that are taken of me during the activity for promotional or educational purposes without compensation to me.
