V. Contract Duration and Payment Terms

Payment Terms: The customer will pay an annual fee of $2,500, payable in two equal installments of $1,250 each, due on January 15, 2050, and July 15, 2050.
VI. Exclusions
The following are not covered under this contract:
Replacement of major components such as compressors, unless covered in a specific plan.
Services required due to misuse or external damage.
Electrical supply-related issues impacting air conditioner functionality.
VII. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, all pending services and dues must be settled within the notice period.
