Preamble

This Divorce Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this day of [Date], by and between [Full Name of Party One], residing at [Address of Party One], hereinafter referred to as "Party One", and [Full Name of Party Two], residing at [Address of Party Two], hereinafter referred to as "Party Two". Party One and Party Two collectively shall be known as the "Parties".

Recitals
