This letter is meant to inform you that after the disciplinary meeting held, it was decided that you will be given a written warning based on the Company Disciplinary Guidelines and Procedures for your offense.
This written warning will be re ected in the Company’s personnel le and shall be ineffective only after 6 months of good conduct or behavior.
If you continue such misconduct or misdemeanors, the consequence shall be the termination of your employment agreement.
