I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will need to take a leave from my position as an employee at Sorkin Legal due to severe headaches that I have been experiencing over the past two days.
Unfortunately, the intensity of these headaches has made it difficult for me to concentrate and be productive at work. Therefore, I believe it is necessary for me to take some time off to rest and recover. I will need to take a leave starting from September 16th and plan to return on September 19th, 2022.
