Dear Mr. Weiss,

I hope this letter reaches you in good health. We want to express our gratitude for the dedication and hard work you have put into the project thus far. However, we have recently become aware of certain delays in the project timeline, raising concerns about the overall schedule.

As outlined in our contract dated August 20, 2053, the mutually agreed completion date for the project was established. Regrettably, there has been a significant deviation from the initially projected timeline, impacting subsequent phases of the project and potentially leading to financial and operational consequences.

Both parties must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project. Therefore, we kindly request a comprehensive explanation of the reasons behind the delay, along with a revised timeline for completing the project.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise during a project, and we appreciate your commitment to addressing any issues promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We believe that through collaborative efforts, we can overcome challenges and successfully bring the project to completion.

Sincerely,

Marie Zimmerman
