Purpose
The purpose of this project is to enhance operational efficiency within Central Hardware. By embracing modern and technologically advanced tools and processes, we would improve our customer reach and retention, thereby improving profitability.
Goals
The primary goal of this project is to revamp our operational procedures, moving away from the traditional and labour-intensive methods to more automated and efficient ones. This includes the introduction and integration of new software and technology, and training employees in their use. We also aim to improve supply chain management, ensuring adequate stock availability without causing a financial burden to the company.
Expected Outcomes
We expect outcomes of this project to be pervasive and positively impactful. The first and foremost is the better utilisation of employee time due to less mundane tasks that have been taken over by automation tools. This could result in improved employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. On the finance front, we expect to reduce operating costs due to the effective use of resources, ensuring project efficiencies. Furthermore, we expect improved customer satisfaction and increased market share due to the improved customer experience.
Stakeholder Support
The success of this project heavily depends on the stakeholder support. Our stakeholders, including investors, employees, suppliers, customers, are crucial to our success, and their support through this project would be invaluable. We plan to involve them in decision-making, where possible, to ensure their opinions are considered. Workshops and meetings would be organised to keep them apprised of our project's progress and to gather their feedback and inputs.
Funding
To realise these objectives, we require financial support. The funds would be predominantly used to acquire new technologies, employee training, and to manage other expenses that come along with it. We believe that with adequate funding, we would be able to progress this project and realise the goals set forth.
