Promissory Note
I, Ava Martin, in accordance with my position at EliteGrowth Consulting, am writing this Formal Promissory Note ("The Note"). This note sets forth the terms and conditions related to a debt engagement agreed upon by the involved parties.
The Note represents an absolute, unconditional, and irrevocable commitment of the debtor to pay to the creditor, an established amount according to agreed conditions. We must be clear that failure or inability to honor the terms set in this Note may result in specific proceedings as necessary.
While we hope for amicable resolution should disagreements, delays, or difficulties arise, it is agreed that EliteGrowth Consulting will solely be an advisor. We will not be a participant in any litigation, nor bear any obligations or liabilities that may arise from the debtor's failure to satisfy the debt.
This Note sets out to provide a concise and fair representation of the agreement between the debtor and the creditor. It is understood and recognized that the terms are binding until the debt has been fully paid or legally dispensed.
As an integral part of the ethical business practices at EliteGrowth Consulting, we enforce appropriate diligence in ensuring that this Note is fairly and correctly executed. Our commitment is to the satisfaction of both parties, fully understanding that a Promissory Note is not just a written agreement, but a promise to uphold responsibilities.
