Equipment:

- Life Jackets: Safety equipment used to ensure the floatation of individuals in water.

- Fire Extinguisher: A device used to put out fires in case of emergency.

- Navigation Lights: These lights are used for visibility during nighttime operation.

- First Aid Kit: Set of supplies and equipment for use in giving first aid.

Inspection Log:

  • Confirm Availability of Adequate Life Jackets

  • Check the Condition of Life Jackets

  • Inspect Expiry Date of Life Jackets (if any)

  • Verify the Functioning of the Fire Extinguisher

  • Check the Fire Extinguisher Pressure and Seal

  • Verify the Availability and Functioning of Navigation Lights

  • Ensure All Bulbs Are Properly Working

  • Check the Alignment of Navigation Lights

  • Inspect First Aid Kit for Complete Set of Tools and Medicines

  • Ensure the Expiry Date of Medicines in the First Aid Kit is Current

  • Test Sterility of Instruments in First Aid Kit
