Financial Investment Services SLA

Article I. - SERVICES

The Service Provider shall be providing Financial Investment Services to the Client. This includes but is not limited to investment planning, portfolio management, financial advisory, asset management, and fund management.

Article II. - PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

The Service Provider commits to abide by the highest ethical and fiduciary standards in providing its services. The Service Provider shall uphold and prioritize the best interests of the Client at all times.

Article III. - MEASUREMENT AND REVIEW OF SERVICES

The performance of the service provider will be evaluated on a quarterly basis, based on the agreed-upon service level metrics. These could include the net return on investments, the growth of the portfolio, or the risk-adjusted performance.

Article IV. - REMEDIES FOR SERVICE FAILURE

In the event the Service Provider fails to meet the agreed-upon service level metrics, remedies shall be available to the Client, such as proportional refund of the professional fees or corrective action to improve the portfolio performance.

Article V. - COMPENSATION

The Service Provider shall be compensated on a fee-based model, with an annual rate of [10] % on the assets under management. This fee will be charged quarterly.

Article VI. - CONTACT PERSONS

Each party shall designate an individual as a primary contact to handle all inquiries and communications related to this Agreement.

Article VII. - DURATION AND TERMINATION
